Using the keyboard key from F1 to F12.

Hello Everybody, I come to you with a new subject. Ones again i talk about keyboard key. 

But now tell you about some special key. That is  F1 to F12. So, my today's Subject is 

 "Using the keyboard key from F1 to F12". Usually we did Not Know Use of this type of key.

Using the F1: Generally F1 is  Using as help  key. 

When You click the F1 button A Help page will  come for any program.

When we click F1 + Windows Key it would open the Microsoft Windows help and support center.

You can take help for any program by pressing this key.

When we press F1 key it will come to us with help topics of any program which we need to know for our task.

We can use it for Open the Task Pane.

We can also use it for Enter CMOS Setup.

Using the F2: When You want to Rename any file or folder then you use to F2 Button.

This is a very special key for us for entering bios system of the PC By press F2.

Generally we use it for rename of any windows. 

Quickly rename a selected file or folder.

Press Alt+ctrl+F2 Key for a new file @ In Microsoft word.

You can use ctrl +F2 for print preview of any MS word document.

Using the F3: We can tell this KEY F3 as a find key. 

Most of time we use this key F3 for find/search Microsoft word or others program.

For making Microsoft word's capital letter for all beginning words of a sentence or letter big to small Use  Shift + F3. 

when at the Windows Desktop we use F3 for opens a search feature for any programs including Microsoft Windows. 

Always F3 will repeat the last command In MS-DOS or Windows command line. 

You can use Windows Key + F3 for open the Advanced find window @ Microsoft Outlook. 

And many more uses of this key Open Mission Control use this on an Apple computer running Mac OS X .

Using the F4: F4 also a very importance key for us. You can use this key F4 for Address Bar Auto complete. By pressing this key you will be repeat the last action performed. 

For close any of the program window currently active in Microsoft Windows Use Alt + F4. 

By use Ctrl + F4 press for closing all active window and Closed all running programmed 

using Alt + F4 key. At MS(Word 2000+) Repeat the last action

 performed by you use this key. in Windows Explorer and Internet

 Explorer use this To Open the address bar. 

@ Windows 95 to XP use it to Open find window.

Using the F5: This is a Refresh Button. You can refresh a webpage any time. 

So This is a common key for us. We Use  refresh our PC by pressing F5 key. 

So that we call it a key of refreshing for “Microsoft window or Internet browser window”. 

 You can use F5 any time for start power point slide show. Use it F5  For find replace 

and go to options In MS word. @ Internet browsers pressing F5 will reload the page.

Using the F6: Generally Use it F6 for [Address/Tool/Web] Move cursor in structure &  

writing web address at the address bar @ Internet Explorer, 

Mozilla Firefox, and most other Internet browsers. Use Ctrl + Shift + F6 to open & active another @ Microsoft Word document.

Using the F7: A very important key F7 @ Ms word for checking spelling and grammar. 

 Runs a Thesaurus check on the word highlighted Use Shift + F7. you can start

 caret browsing using this key @ Firefox. You can used Shift+F7 for starting

 a dictionary and find any synonym or antonym of the word or forms of word.

Using the F8: Generally We use this key F8 for run windows at start up on safe mode. 

 For operating system This key is very essential Key F8 to start. Function Of this

 key used to enter the startup menu, commonly used to access Windows.

Using the F9: You can use F9 it to Opens the Measurements toolbar in Quark 5.0. 

Use this key for windows  boot from CD. At Mac OS 10.3 or later Use this F9 to 

 Shows all open Windows. On an Apple computer Press the Fn key and F9 at the 

same time will open Mission Control. You can also Use F9 to Update selected text.

This is not same in every PC.

Using the F10: By pressing this key F10 You can select menu bar for any open Browser. 

Press shift + F10 to Move the mouse cursor over  a selected word or image & then to get right button's task of mouse. 

Activates the menu bar  @ MS Windows of an open application. TO highlighted icon, file, or Internet link Use Shift + F10 is the same as right-clicking. Use this key Enter for CMOS Setup. F10 For shows all open Windows active program With Mac OS 10.3 or later. @ HP and Sony computers Use It F10 to Access the hidden recovery partition.

Using the F11: By F11 you can see full screen on your  all Internet browsers / web browsers. If your computer starting to access the hidden recovery partition 

 Press Ctrl + F11 on Dell computers, eMachines, Gateway, and Lenovo computers. 

Use F11 for Mac OS 10.4 or later to hides all open windows and show to Desktop.

Using the F12: The final key of this page F12. This is a very importance key for 

us @ MS word. You can use It shift +F12  for saving any document on MS word.

 You can also use it for print just press ctrl +shift + F12. Use F12 in Microsoft 

Expression Web to Preview a page. Use it for Open Firebug. To show or hides the  

Dashboard @ running Mac OS 10.4 or later apply F12.Use it to Open Save as 

window @ MS word.
